FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASESee Progress, Inc. Releases New Repair Delay Update
Brighton, Mich., June 4, 2007 - See Progress Inc. announced the launch of a new repair delay update system which will increase the accuracy and the updating process in the AutoWatch program. This new program will deliver more accurate delivery date information to the collision center customer. “We want to keep all parties involved in the collision repair process as up to date as possible.” Said Dave Henderson, President of See Progress Inc. “With the new system the collision center is alerted when they need to update a delivery date, our goal is to streamline everything for the users. When personnel begin to update the vehicle photos, they are alerted if a vehicle is approaching the delivery date and requests them to adjust or confirm that the delivery date is correct. If there is a delay, the reason for the delay is entered into the system with a few simple clicks. Now the web site, insurance company, and rental car company is up to date. The whole system seamlessly integrates into the insurance portion of the system so there is no double entry needed.” “We believe we have to always be improving on our process and program, especially with the speed technology changes. We have to continually look to keep pace with the latest processes and integrate them into the AutoWatch program.” AutoWatch is a recognized pioneer of Internet customer vehicle tracking and is based in Brighton Michigan.
