See Progress Releases Spanish Version of AutoWatch Customer Vehicle Tracking System

BRIGHTON, Mich., January 8, 2003 - See Progress, Inc. has announced the release of an enhancement to the AutoWatch system specifically for Spanish-speaking vehicle owners. The update will allow Body Shop operators to improve their communication and service to customers that speak and read Spanish.

According to David Henderson, President of See Progress, "A recent survey of our existing body shop customer base has shown that a significant number of our shops have customers that speak Spanish. We have responded to this need with an enhancement to our system allowing the option to view information in Spanish."

When a vehicle owner visits the shop web site with the AutoWatch system, they are presented with the option to display the site in Spanish. With one click, all of the text and shop communication with the customer is immediately displayed in Spanish. With another click, it can be immediately displayed again in English.

Henderson continues, "Outstanding customer service is all about exceeding expectations. By offering our service in Spanish, our shops show their customers that they are important. Not only can customers track the progress of their vehicle on-line, but also in their native language." See Progress also plans to release a French version of the program soon.

The AutoWatch™ system is a unique customer service and marketing tool for the collision repair industry.
