What is it?
AutoWatch is a patented program that allows customers to view their vehicles in the repair process. This delivers positive word of mouth advertising. AutoWatch will greatly reduce the number of incoming status calls. AutoWatch includes a unique in process CSI system. Unlike the post repair CSI AutoWatch gathers customer input in the repair process. When a customer logs in to view their vehicle the fifth time, a survey is presented for the customer to submit. The data is instantly sent to the shop for follow up, and is recorded for access in the shop backroom.
AutoWatch can be added to any web site and is very simple to use on a daily basis, there is not daily data input required to keep customer up to date on their vehicles. AutoWatch is currently used by multiple insurance companies.
AutoWatch includes the shop backroom where a shop can monitor the vehicles and view their progress on line. The shop backroom program is a powerful
vehicle management system where a shop can track the vehicles stage of
repair, deliver dates cycle time by stage, and view the vehicle in
process. It also has a suite of powerful reports including cycle time,
click rates, where the work comes from by carrier, and in process CSI reports. Many shops use this system to manage their vehicles as they move through the repair process.
